The City of Charlotte was keen to use DTPR to conduct proactive public engagement about an electric vehicle (EV) charging station in advance of its installation. By communicating about the benefits of PoleVolt for all residents – with signage and flyers using the Digital Trust for Places and Routines (DTPR) standard linking to this webpage on the Helpful Places Platform – local feedback was overwhelmingly positive in regards to the deployment of the EV charging station.
